1. About these terms

Webbing Studios is operated by FLR Holdings UK Limited (company number 16970627). These terms apply to use of the Webbing Studios website and, where relevant, to services supplied by Webbing Studios. By accepting a proposal or written project agreement, the client agrees to the terms applicable to that engagement.

2. Services and scope

Services may include digital product development, website design and development, UI/UX work, technical optimisation, ecommerce implementation and related digital services. The agreed scope, deliverables, milestones and responsibilities should be set out in writing before work begins.

3. Proposals and changes

Proposals are based on the requirements known at the time they are prepared. Changes to scope, functionality, content, integrations or deadlines may require a revised estimate, timeline or written change approval.

4. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content, required assets, approvals and access to third-party systems where needed. Delays in receiving required materials or decisions may affect delivery dates.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, deposits, milestones, payment dates and any recurring charges are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Work may be paused where agreed payments are overdue.

6. Intellectual property

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, ownership and licensing of project deliverables, source code, design assets, third-party components and pre-existing materials will be determined by the applicable proposal or agreement. Any transfer of rights that requires written assignment will take effect only in accordance with that written agreement and its payment terms.

7. Third-party services

Projects may use hosting providers, CMS platforms, payment services, APIs, analytics, fonts, plugins or other third-party services. Those services remain subject to their own terms, availability and policies. Webbing Studios cannot guarantee the continued operation or pricing of a third-party service outside its control.

8. Testing and acceptance

Projects will be tested against the agreed scope. The client should review deliverables promptly and identify material issues against the agreed requirements. New features or changes requested after approval may be treated as additional scope.

9. Hosting, maintenance and ongoing work

Unless expressly included, hosting, domain fees, subscriptions, maintenance, content updates and third-party service charges are separate from the initial project fee.

10. Warranties and liability

Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Webbing Studios is not responsible for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from a project or third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Website content and links

Information on this website is provided for general information and may change. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; Webbing Studios does not control those sites.

12. Confidentiality

Confidential information shared during a project should be treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of the engagement, subject to any separate confidentiality agreement in place.

13. Termination

Where a project agreement allows termination, the parties will follow its notice and payment provisions. Work completed or committed costs up to the effective termination date remain payable where applicable.

14. Governing law

Unless a project agreement states otherwise, these terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the Webbing Studios contracting arrangement and jurisdiction agreed with the client.
